Solar Grenergy — the name used throughout its website, though its SEDA registration is under Greenergy Harvest Sdn Bhd — is based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, with site offices in Penang, Negeri Sembilan and Johor. It installs residential, commercial and industrial solar PV systems, offers customised projects, and says it is one of the pioneer EV charger installers in Malaysia.

The company says it has completed more than 300 projects, installed 10MW of clean energy capacity, and helped customers save RM1 million a year on electricity bills. It lists past project locations spanning Petron-branded stations (Petron Sendayan, Petron Metro Park Sendayan) and residential areas including Kota Kemuning, Cheras, Ara Damansara and Melaka, though it gives no sizes or system types for these.

Solar Grenergy provides turnkey solar PV services covering financing, consultation, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, plus maintenance and monitoring. Its services page cites the NEM Rakyat scheme's 1-to-1 bill offset with a 12-month rollover for homes, and the NEM NOVA programme's 1-month rollover plus Capital Allowance and Green Investment Tax Allowance (GITA) relief for businesses. Its homepage separately describes the newer Solar ATAP programme, which it says launches 1 December 2025 to replace NEM.

Before you get a quote from Solar Grenergy

• Ask whether they handle Solar ATAP applications. Their website still describes NEM 3.0, which Solar ATAP replaced on 1 January 2026.
• Confirm which legal entity you'd be contracting with — the website is branded 'Solar Grenergy Sdn Bhd' throughout, but its SEDA registration is under Greenergy Harvest Sdn Bhd.
• Ask for specific panel and inverter brands and warranty terms in writing — the website only says it offers 'Tier 1' panels and inverters without naming brands.
• If they cite past projects (e.g. the Petron sites or residential estates listed on its Projects page) as references, ask for sizes and completion dates, since the website doesn't publish these.
