About Ortus Synergy

Ortus Synergy Sdn. Bhd., based in Melaka and a subsidiary of Parkland Group according to its website, designs, installs and maintains solar PV systems for homes, businesses and industrial clients across Malaysia. It offers residential PV systems, commercial and industrial PV systems, design and installation, proactive maintenance, and consultation, including help with Solar ATAP applications. It says it has also opened a sales gallery in Kluang, Johor, in addition to its Melaka office.

The company says it has powered more than 500 homes and more than 100 businesses. Its residential projects list documents home installations across Johor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan and Kuala Lumpur ranging from 7.38 kWp to 17.36 kWp, naming Longi and Trina panels for some of these systems. It says its systems can save customers up to 90% on electricity bills.

Ortus Synergy's five-step residential process runs from a free quote request through consultation, Solar ATAP application, installation and TNB meter change. Its website mentions a RM3,000 government rebate for eligible customers. It gives no specific warranty terms beyond saying customers receive "warranty details" at handover, and its Projects page still describes Net Energy Metering (NEM) applications for commercial clients, separately from its Services page's Solar ATAP description.

Before you get a quote from Ortus Synergy

• Get panel and inverter brand/model names in writing — its website names Longi and Trina panels for some past projects, but not consistently for all.
• Ask exactly what warranty terms apply; its website only mentions "warranty details" at handover without giving specific terms or years.
• Its SSM registration number indicates it was incorporated in 2024 — ask about the specific team's solar experience, since being a Parkland Group subsidiary doesn't itself detail a solar track record.
• Ask whether they handle Solar ATAP applications. Their Projects page still describes Net Energy Metering (NEM) for commercial clients, which Solar ATAP replaced on 1 January 2026.
