About Zinnia Synergy
Zinnia Synergy is based in Cyberjaya, Selangor, and describes itself primarily as a manufacturer of solar street lighting, alongside solar PV system installation, smart lighting poles and solar gensets. Its site says it delivers turnkey solar PV solutions 'from large-scale solar farms to residential rooftops, as well as commercial and industrial facilities,' covering Solar ATAP, Self-Consumption (SELCO) and Large Scale Solar (LSS) programmes.
The company says it has more than 13 years of experience and is 'trusted by 50+ clients in Malaysia,' displaying the seals of several Malaysian local authorities, including Putrajaya, Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) and Shah Alam City Council, among its client logos. Elsewhere on the same site, a separate set of 'Years of Experience,' 'Solar Project Delivered,' 'Strategic Partnerships' and 'Commitment to Sustainability' counters all display as '0+' or '0', which look like unrendered placeholder statistics rather than real figures.
For financing, it offers leasing agreements and power purchase agreements (PPAs) alongside project financing. It says it holds SEDA Registered Solar PV Investor status, Ministry of Finance Bumiputera company status, an Energy Commission Class A Contractor licence, Tenaga Nasional Berhad contractor status, and ISO 9001:2015 certification. Its site says it uses 'Tier 1' solar PV panels from unnamed global partners, without naming specific brands.
