Before you get a quote from EPD Solar
- The company's claims of '30 years' of international experience and a 630-person R&D team appear to describe an overseas partner network rather than this Malaysia-registered entity, which carries a 2024 registration number — ask directly about the local team's own track record.
- Ask which panel and inverter brands are used for your installation; the site names Shinefar Solar and KSTAR only as 'collaboration partners' without saying which products they supply.
- No specific warranty terms are published — get the manufacturer's and workmanship warranty periods in writing.
- Confirm the application is under Solar ATAP, which replaced NEM 3.0 on 1 January 2026, and ask about eligibility for any rebate referenced in its customer testimonials.
