Mercure Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is a lifestyle engineering solutions company based in Ampang, Selangor. It designs and installs integrated solar PV, solar cooling and indoor air quality systems for residential homes, offices, retail spaces, and factories and commercial premises. It says its team has 5MWp+ of solar project experience across commercial and industrial projects, and describes itself as registered or accredited with CIDB and MGTC in addition to SEDA.

The company says a residential customer's monthly TNB bill fell from RM1,018 to RM303 after installing its solar PV system, a claimed saving of RM714 a month. It advertises on-grid solar systems from RM14,000 and hybrid solar-plus-battery systems from RM22,500, using Tier-1 panels with Solis inverters. It doesn't name specific past project sites beyond this one case study.

Mercure sells through both its website/Shopee store and offline consultations, and offers an instalment payment plan of up to two years for its products, subject to terms, alongside rental options for some indoor-air products. It says eligible homeowners may also claim the government's SuRIA Home rebate of up to RM3,000. Its website mentions NEM alongside solar and battery systems without describing the newer Solar ATAP framework.

Before you get a quote from Mercure Engineering

• It advertises on-grid solar systems from RM14,000 and hybrid solar-plus-battery systems from RM22,500 — get an itemised quote to confirm what's included at your property.
• Ask what solar panel brand it uses; its website names only the inverter brand (Solis) and describes panels generically as "Tier-1".
• Ask for details behind its "5MWp+" solar experience claim, such as specific projects, since none are named on its website.
• Ask whether they handle Solar ATAP applications. Their website still mentions NEM, which Solar ATAP replaced on 1 January 2026.
