About Phoenix Green Energy

Phoenix Green Energy (PGE) is based in Kuala Lumpur and was incorporated in 2022. It says it is a wholly owned subsidiary of Phoenix Plus Corp, a Labuan-incorporated company that entered the US OTC capital market in January 2022. PGE started with mechanical and electrical contracting for solar power plants and has since expanded into full turnkey engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) work, serving homeowners, small businesses, corporate and institutional clients, and large-scale solar (LSS) farm developers.

The company lists numerous completed projects, including rooftop PV systems at Sunway Medical Centre–Velocity (15.52 kWp), Sunway Velocity Office (84.32 kWp), Sunway Putra Mall (182.4 kWp) and Sunway Lagoon (149 kWp); a Gamuda Waters water-treatment-plant PV system in Sungai Besar (13 MWp); a solar PV tracker system for Gopeng Berhad (50 MWac); and a residential NEM installation at Lanai Kiara (11.7 kWp). It also lists solar farms in Melaka, Perak (two), Gurun, Bukit Merah, Jasin and Merchang ranging from 2 MW to 50 MW, and says it has more than 60 MW of projects installed and ongoing.

PGE says it offers a zero-upfront-cost financial option so clients save on electricity immediately, alongside leasing and Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) arrangements for larger projects, plus ongoing operation and maintenance (O&M) with remote monitoring. It says it is GCPV- and CIDB-accredited for solar PV design and installation. Its website does not name the solar panel or inverter brands it installs, nor publish specific warranty terms.
