About Sky Power

Sky Power, based in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, is primarily a mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering company, offering what it calls a 'one-stop solution' across residential, high-rise, commercial, factory and data-centre projects. Its renewable energy division covers solar PV, from small-scale to large-scale solar, EV charger installation, battery energy storage, and biomass and hydrogen systems, plus carbon credit and ESG advisory services.

The company's project list includes solar work on at least three developments: Taman Putra Prima (tagged residential and solar), and Binastra Business Park at Alam Damai and at Pulau Meranti, both listing electrical, telecoms, ELV and solar scope for client Binastra Land. Most of its broader portfolio, covering dozens of named projects, is general M&E work (electrical, mechanical, low-voltage) for property developers, factories and government agencies such as JKR, rather than solar-specific. No system sizes or capacities are given for any project.

Sky Power's website doesn't name the panel or inverter brands it installs, or publish warranty terms for its solar work. It lists a wide range of accreditations, including CIDB Grade G7, Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) Class A, Ministry of Finance and TNB contractor registrations, and ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certification. There's no mention of financing, leasing or PPA options for solar customers. Enquiries go through a contact form, phone or email.

Before you get a quote from Sky Power

• No panel or inverter brands, and no warranty terms, are published for its solar work — get both specifics in writing before signing.
• Solar is one of several service lines alongside general M&E, EV charging, BESS, biomass and hydrogen — ask specifically about the team's dedicated solar installation experience and completed system sizes, since none are listed on the site.
• Confirm the application is under Solar ATAP, which replaced NEM 3.0 on 1 January 2026.
