About Solar Eco Energy
Solar Eco Energy Sdn. Bhd. is a small solar PV company based in Kuala Lumpur (Desa ParkCity), offering turn-key engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) services for homes and businesses. It says it uses Tier-1 solar PV modules, though its website does not name a specific panel or inverter brand.
Its website shows stat counters for 'satisfied customers', energy generated and past projects, but does not display any actual figures for these, and its Projects page lists only generic category labels ('Residential Project', 'Project Solar Panel Installation') without named examples, sizes or dates. No founding year is stated.
The company describes three billing/consumption concepts — Net Energy Metering (NEM), Self Consumption (SELCO) and the Accelerated Transition Action Programme (ATAP) — without saying which currently applies. It offers a free, no-obligation consultation and says many residential installations can be completed in a single day. No warranty terms, project references or service areas beyond Kuala Lumpur are published.

Before you get a quote from Solar Eco Energy
- Ask whether they handle Solar ATAP applications specifically — their website lists ATAP, NEM and SELCO together as options without clarifying that Solar ATAP replaced NEM 3.0 on 1 January 2026.
- Ask for named project references, sizes and completion dates — its Projects page shows only generic labels with no real examples.
- Ask which panel and inverter brands they use and get warranty terms in writing — the website only says it partners for 'Tier-1 Solar PV Modules' without naming brands.
- Ask how long they've been operating and how many systems they've installed — no founding year, headcount or project count is published on the site.
