About ArcGen Energy

ArcGen Energy Sdn Bhd is a renewable energy service provider based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. It offers consultancy, design and installation services for solar photovoltaic systems, working with homeowners as well as businesses and organisations. Alongside solar PV, it also markets power management devices, which it says help commercial clients cut energy consumption.

The company's portfolio page lists commercial and industrial solar installations in Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, Melaka and Puchong, and residential installations in Kota Kemuning, Port Dickson and Kluang, though it does not publish system sizes or completion dates for any of these. It also promotes a zero-cost solar programme, which it says removes the financial and operational risk of owning a system.

ArcGen's website does not publish panel or inverter brands, warranty terms or pricing. Enquiries go through a contact form or WhatsApp. Its zero-cost programme suggests a financing or power-purchase style arrangement, but contract length and who owns the system at the end aren't explained on the site, so buyers should ask directly.

Before you get a quote from ArcGen Energy

• Ask about the zero-cost programme's contract length and who owns the system at the end, since ArcGen advertises no upfront investment.
• Ask which panel and inverter brands it plans to use and what warranty terms apply, since neither is published on its website.
• Confirm the application is under Solar ATAP, which replaced NEM 3.0 on 1 January 2026.
• Ask for local references, since the site's client quotes don't name traceable companies.
