About NüEnergy

IL Solar Sdn Bhd's registered address in Petaling Jaya matches the head office of NüEnergy Holdings Berhad (formerly ILB Group Berhad), a Bursa Malaysia-listed group that trades under the NüEnergy brand — though NüEnergy's own website never names 'IL Solar' directly. The group says it moved from logistics into renewable energy in 2015, and now provides solar PV and battery energy storage system (BESS) solutions to commercial, industrial and government clients across Malaysia.

NüEnergy's site says the group has 10 years of experience, 30 owned assets and has completed 160 EPCC projects, and its site metadata separately claims more than 1,300MW of projects and over 1 million panels installed — figures it publishes itself. Its listed project types include large-scale solar farms (LSS), Tenby International School rooftop systems in Selangor and Johor, and operations-and-maintenance work only (not EPC or ownership) on three named LSS sites: Nibong Tebal, Bukit Merah and Bidor.

NüEnergy offers Supply Agreements with Renewable Energy (SAREs) and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) for businesses with no upfront investment, alongside outright EPCC delivery and co-investment opportunities in its solar and BESS projects. Its site does not name IL Solar Sdn Bhd, publish panel or inverter brands, or state specific warranty terms — enquiries go through a contact form or marketing@nuenergy.com.my.

Before you get a quote from NüEnergy

• Confirm exactly which entity you're contracting with — this appears to be the website of the wider NüEnergy Holdings Berhad group (formerly ILB Group Berhad), and it doesn't name 'IL Solar Sdn Bhd' anywhere on the site.
• Ask for panel and inverter brand names in writing; none are published.
• Get specific warranty terms in writing — its site only advertises a 'comprehensive' warranty without stating periods or coverage.
