About oneSolar

oneSolar is the trading name of One Solar Energy Sdn Bhd, based in Kepala Batas, Penang. It designs, installs and maintains solar photovoltaic systems for homes and for commercial and industrial customers, and frames its offer around Malaysia's current Solar ATAP rooftop solar programme rather than net metering.

The company advertises 0% interest instalment plans of up to 60 months for homeowners, and RM0 upfront financing for businesses going solar under Solar ATAP, it says, with installation completed within 30 days. It also promotes a limited-time SuRIA Home 2026 rebate of up to RM3,000 and a referral programme, alongside what it describes as lifetime free consultation and after-sales support.

The website doesn't name the panel or inverter brands it installs, list any completed project examples or their sizes, or give a founding year. Enquiries go through WhatsApp or email rather than a phone number.
