About Quantum Renewable Energy
Quantum Renewable Energy Sdn Bhd (QRE), headquartered in Senai, Johor, is a solar energy provider established in 2020 as a joint venture between Symphony Square Sdn. Bhd. — a subsidiary of AME Elite Consortium Berhad — and BaoZhou New Energy Technology Sdn. Bhd., an associate of Jiasheng New Energy Technology, according to its website. It designs, installs and maintains ground-mounted solar farms, rooftop residential systems and industrial and commercial installations, and also offers battery energy storage systems (BESS).
QRE says it has completed more than 100 projects with a combined installed capacity of over 10MWp, generating what it describes as more than 12,000 MWh of clean energy a year and avoiding 7,200 tonnes of CO2 annually. Its project gallery lists 83 commercial and industrial installations, 63 residential installations and 10 solar farm projects. One named example is a residential solar system installation in Horizon Hills, Johor Bahru, though no system size is given for it.
QRE publishes blog posts explaining Solar ATAP and battery energy storage systems, and lists licensing and accreditation bodies without naming a specific approval. Contact is through two named phone numbers and a sales email; the site does not name specific solar panel or inverter brands, publish warranty terms, or describe financing options beyond mentioning BESS as a product line.
