About Viva Complete
Viva Complete is a Johor Bahru-based contractor specialising in horizontal directional drilling (HDD), sub-station installation, overhead line (HV & LV) work, underground cabling and cable-jointing, underground utility survey and mapping, and telecommunications works. It's also an authorised Malaysian dealer for XCMG HDD machines, Digitrak Falcon locating equipment and Double Horse products.
Its listed awards and certificates include a SEDA 'Certificate of Grid-Connected Photovoltaic System for Wireman & Chargeman' and a TNB cable-jointing certificate, among several other telecom and electrical certifications. Beyond that one personnel certificate, its website describes no solar PV design, installation, project or product.
The site's product and services pages are entirely about drilling machinery and cabling equipment; there's no mention of solar panels, inverters, home or commercial PV systems, pricing or financing.
