About Sinar TM

Sinar TM is a mechanical and electrical (M&E) contractor based in Skudai, Johor Bahru, describing itself as a licensed G7 contractor. Its website focuses on high-tension electrical installations, HVAC systems, fire-fighting systems, and water and sewerage treatment plants for factories, commercial buildings and high-rise developments. It says it is 'dedicated to expanding our expertise into EV charger and solar solutions' as a future goal, but its published services and project list don't currently include any named solar PV work, brands, or system sizes.

The company says it was founded in 1990, expanded into manufacturing-sector work in 1997, and has completed more than 200 high-voltage electrical installations, including named clients such as Dyson, Flextronics and work on the Forest City development.

Because Sinar TM's own site presents solar and EV charging only as a future direction rather than a current service, it doesn't publish panel or inverter brands, solar warranty terms, or solar project references. Enquiries go through phone or an online contact form at its Skudai office.

Before you get a quote from Sinar TM

• Sinar TM's own website describes solar and EV charging only as a future expansion goal, not a current service — ask directly whether it has actually completed any solar PV installations.
• No panel or inverter brands or solar warranty terms are published.
• Ask for references from completed solar projects specifically, since its detailed project list (1990–2024) names only electrical, HVAC and fire-fighting work.
• Confirm the application is under Solar ATAP, which replaced NEM 3.0 on 1 January 2026.
