About Solar Voltech
Solar Voltech Sdn Bhd is a Bayan Lepas, Penang-based company offering engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) services for solar photovoltaic systems, per its SEDA registration. Its website describes commercial and residential solar packages, plus electric vehicle charging station installation and ongoing maintenance and support for installed systems.
The company says it has served more than 500 customers, generated over 10 million kWh of clean energy, and saved 5 million metric tons of carbon emissions, though its site gives no timeframe or breakdown for these figures. Its site also advertises '30 years of experience in the solar industry' — a claim that appears at odds with the company's own registration number, which points to incorporation around 2014.
Its dedicated projects page names no specific projects, sizes or clients. It doesn't name the panel or inverter brands it installs, or publish warranty terms. A 'Pre-Qualification' page linked in its navigation contains only unedited template placeholder text rather than real content, and enquiries go through the phone numbers and email listed on its contact page.
