Total Power Solutions (TOPS) is a Kuala Lumpur-based engineering consultancy providing engineering, project management and technical advisory services for the electrical supply industry, covering generation, transmission and distribution systems. Rather than installing rooftop panels itself, its solar-related work centres on Owner's Engineer services, grid compliance testing, and technical due diligence for utility-scale Large Scale Solar (LSS) plants and other power projects.

Its published services are aimed at project developers, utilities and plant owners rather than homeowners; it doesn't describe residential rooftop packages, panel or inverter brands, or consumer financing options.
